While four years of art school at university didn't equip me with anything practical, it did help me sharpen the art of post-rationalisation—a skill I never knew I'd need in advertising, where sometimes the idea pops up before the 'why.'
Fast forward 15 years of chasing the elusive 'why' at both big and indie agencies while working on some of New Zealand’s favourite brands, I finally got a nod from local and international shows—with ASB Sustainaball picking up my first-ever Clio and ASB GetWise voted New Zealand’s top favourite ad.
Now, I'm kicking it at FCB New Zealand as a Senior Art Director. Beyond advertising, I’m committed to diversity and inclusion. I was on the Women’s Works 2023 exhibition curation panel and recently judged the Gerety Awards, celebrating women creatives.
In my spare time, I enjoy being a fashion content creator/TikToker under the snazzy alias ‘Vikkipedia’!
